1RXS J165424.6-433758作为一颗极向激变变星的证认

摘要

我们呈现对1RXS J165424.6-433758的X射线、紫外与光学后续观测活动结果,该X射线源由\textit{Swift}深银道面巡天(DGPS)探测到。其X射线能谱(\textit{Swift}与\textit{NuSTAR})由温度kT=10.1±1.2kT=10.1\pm1.2 keV的热轫致辐射描述,在\textit{Gaia}距离460 pc处给出X射线(0.3100.3-10 keV)光度LX=(6.5±0.8)×1031L_X=(6.5\pm0.8)\times10^{31} erg s1^{-1}。南非大望远镜(SALT)光谱揭示由发射线主导的平坦连续谱,表现出反巴耳末减缩、λ4640\lambda4640鲍恩混合、近十二条约HeI线,以及HeII λ4541\lambda4541λ4686\lambda4686λ5411\lambda 5411。我们的高速测光显示大量闪变与耀发事件,并揭示系统轨道周期Porb=2.87P_\textrm{orb}=2.87 hr,恰落于激变变星(CV)2-3 hr的周期间隙内。这些特征将1RXS J165424.6-433758分类为邻近的极向磁CV。
