摘要
移动（蜂窝）网络促进了创新，但当网络性能低于预期时，也可能抑制创新并导致用户失望。随着移动网络成为互联网接入的主要方式，开发者、研究者、网络运营商和监管机构对测量端到端移动网络性能越来越感兴趣，其目标之一是最小化对应用响应性的负面影响。在这篇综述中，我们考察了当前端到端移动网络性能测量、诊断和应用原型设计的方法。我们比较了现有工具及其在满足研究者、开发者、监管机构和公众需求方面的不足。我们希望本综述能为当前活跃的研究工作提供一个全面的视角，并为移动网络测量和移动应用性能评估的未来工作指明一些有前景的方向。
