层状范德瓦耳斯反铁磁体MnBiTe被预测可将BiTe等典型拓扑绝缘体的能带序与Mn的磁性相结合,使该材料成为实现多种磁性拓扑态的可行候选者。我们利用自旋分辨和角分辨光电子能谱实验系统研究了MnBiTe(0001)单晶的表面电子结构。与理论预测一致,结果揭示了体带隙中的表面态,并为交换相互作用和自旋轨道耦合对表面电子结构的影响提供了证据。
