外延SrCoOx薄膜中磁相分离的抑制

摘要
利用脉冲激光沉积和独特的快速淬火方法,我们在SiTiO3衬底上制备了SrCoOx外延薄膜。随着电化学氧化将氧含量从x=2.75增加到3.0,薄膜倾向于倾向于同系系列SrCoO(3-n/8) (n=0,1,2)中块体样品中观察到的离散磁相。与块体样品不同,200nm厚的薄膜在整个氧化循环中保持单相。300nm的薄膜在脱氧过程中可以表现出两个同时存在的相。这些结果归因于有限厚度效应,并暗示形成了大于约300nm的有序区域。
