三角晶格上硬核玻色子的超固态相

摘要
我们确定了在半整数填充因子附近观察到的三角晶格上硬核玻色子的超固态相的性质，并研究了该系统在有限温度下的相图。我们发现，固体序始终表现为 形式，其中 在半填充处不连续地从正值变为负值，这与基于横向磁场中Ising自旋性质类比所预测的其他相相反。在有限温度下，我们发现了两条相交的二级相变线，一条属于3态Potts普适类，另一条属于Kosterlitz-Thouless类型。
