M31 中的超软 X 射线源

摘要
相邻的安德鲁星系（M31）使用 6 个 25 ksec 的 mosaic 观察由 ROSAT PSPC 完成。在描述检测到总体天体样本的论文中，Supper 等 (1996) 也报告了 15 个超软 X 射线源的位置及最亮天体的黑体拟合结果。我们在此对这 15 个超软 X 射线源的 X 射线光谱特征进行更详细的报告。最初用于选取超软天体的 1990 年在密歇根-达斯顿-麻省理工天文台 Observatory at Kitt Peak 获得的光学多颜色光度数据，构成了为大多数所选 X 射线天体提供寻找图的依据。
