摘要

证明了质量为 $m$ 且动量任意小的狄拉克粒子将无反射地隧穿通过有限范围的势垒 $V=U_c(x)$ ,前提是势阱 $V=-U_c(x)$ 支持能量为 $E=-m$ 的束缚态。这被称为超临界势阱。
