LaFeAsO在高压下的超导电性

摘要
对氧磷族化合物LaFeAsO进行了高达29 GPa高压下的电阻率测量。我们发现了LaFeAsO中压力诱导的超导电性。Tc的最大值为21 K，出现在约12 GPa处。Tc的压力依赖性与先前报道的LaFeAsO1-xFx系列相似。
