摘要
我们报道了五元铁砷氟化物KCaFeAsF的合成、晶体结构与物理性质。该新化合物结晶于体心四方晶格(空间群, = 3.8684(2) {\AA}, = 31.007(1) {\AA}, = 2),包含由绝缘CaF层隔开的双层FeAs导电层。我们对电阻率、直流磁化率与热容的测量证明了KCaFeAsF在33 K下的块体超导性。
