SrTiO3上钾覆盖单层与双层FeSe薄膜中的超导二分性

摘要

我们报道了SrTiO3(001)衬底上单原胞(1-UC)和2-UC FeSe薄膜随钾(K)吸附的超导演化。通过原位扫描隧道谱测量,我们发现1-UC FeSe薄膜中的超导随K覆盖度增加而被连续抑制,而非超导的2-UC FeSe薄膜则变为超导,其能隙约为17 meV或11 meV,取决于底层1-UC薄膜是否超导。该工作明确揭示,界面电声子耦合与FeSe/STO界面的电荷转移密切相关,并在增强1-UC和2-UC FeSe薄膜中的库珀配对方面起关键作用。
