非中心对称 RhGe 的超导性与磁性

摘要
高压合成的 RhGe 结晶为 B20 型非中心对称立方结构。电阻率和磁化测量表明，其在 T ~ 4.5 K 以下呈现超导态，在 T ~ 140 K 以下呈现弱铁磁性。比热数据证实了该铁磁超导体中超导性的体性质。超导区在 P-T 相图上形成穹顶，T 在近 4 GPa 处达到最大值。Ab initio 模拟表明，观测到的弱磁化源于显著的极化，且在 Rh 和 Ge 位置存在磁四极矩和环矩。
