摘要
我们报道了线宽从1 {\mu}m到3 {\mu}m的单光子灵敏WSi超导探测器的制备与表征。该器件在1.55 {\mu}m波长下实现了饱和内部探测效率,并展现出超过10^5 s^-1的最大计数率。我们还研究了用于这些器件的富硅WSi薄膜的材料特性。我们发现许多具有数百微米有效长度的器件展现出超过配对破坏电流50%的临界电流。一个线宽为2.0 {\mu}m的曲折形探测器在362x362 {\mu}m^2表面积上得到演示,展示了所达到的材料与器件质量。
