摘要
我们描述并表征了一套用于探测超导原子接触中 Andreev 能级的微波装置。该接触是超导回路的一部分，并通过电感耦合至超导共面谐振器。通过监测谐振器在其共振频率附近的反射系数随穿过回路的磁通量及第二-tone 频率的变化，我们对接触中高透射通道的两个 Andreev 能级之间的跃迁进行了光谱学研究。结果表明如何对这些态进行相干操控。
