三层 GEM 探测器表面特性均匀性研究

摘要
使用强 Fe55 X 射线源、Ar 与 CO2 按 70/30 比例预混的气体以及常规 NIM 电子学设备，对三层 GEM 探测器有效面积上的增益、能量分辨率和计数率均匀性进行了研究。本文给出了详细的测量方法与实验结果。
