摘要
我们介绍了杰斐逊实验室近期关于核子自旋结构求和规则的实验结果。随后讨论了Bjorken求和规则如何通过与Gerasimov-Drell-Hearn求和的关系，使我们能够方便地定义所有距离下强相互作用的有效耦合常数。
