¹¹Li的β衰变中多中子发射研究

摘要

我们首次通过符合探测两个中子并测量其角度与能量,研究了¹¹Li的β衰变后双中子发射的运动学。采用液体闪烁体中子探测器阵列,通过脉冲形状甄别排除宇宙射线与γ射线本底。利用在β-1n发射体⁹Li上测试的滤波器,排除了单个中子击中两个探测器的串扰事件。在大部分感兴趣能量范围内获得了较大的串扰排除率(>95%)。应用于¹¹Li数据得到了大量可解释为β-2n衰变的事件。在≈2 MeV处的离散中子谱线表明 sequential 双中子发射,可能来自¹¹Be中10.6 MeV激发能处的非束缚态。
