利用 Fano 因子研究 CCD 观测中计数统计的畸变

摘要
本文考虑了在获取低流量目标时使光计数统计发生畸变的因素。对现有 CCD 系统的 Fano 因子进行了测量。该研究可使人断定 CCD 视频信号处理通道的质量。并提出了暗弱目标观测的最优策略。
