摘要
利用原子尺度 X 射线光子关联光谱学 (aXPCS) 研究了 Ni97 Pt3 固溶体（包括单晶和多晶样品）中的原子扩散。结合实验结果和 Monte Carlo 模拟讨论了不同的跳跃扩散模型。证明了 aXPCS 实验对短程有序（在此情况下由强烈的 Pt-Pt 排斥力主导）的敏感性。2.93(10) eV 的活化能以及 830 K 下 10-23 m2 s-1 范围内的扩散系数，与更高温度下的示踪扩散研究结果非常吻合。
