水冰的结构有序性、局域势与物理异常

摘要

氢键形成一对不对称、耦合的氢桥振子,具有超短程相互作用与记忆效应。氢键的协同弛豫及相关的键合电子局域与非键电子极化,使水和冰在物理异常性上有别于其他常规物质。作为一个强关联的涨落系统,水倾向于统计平均的四面体配位结构,并具有一层弹性、极化、类冰、疏水且密度为 3/4 的超固态表层。
