摘要
Heisenberg-Robertson 不确定性关系通过两个可观测量方差之积的下界（以其对易子表示）表达了系统制备的局限性。值得注意的是，它未能捕捉不相容可观测量的概念，因为它可能是平凡的，即即使对于两个不相容的可观测量，其下界也可能为零。在此，我们给出了两个更强的不确定性关系，它们与方差之和相关，且只要两个可观测量在系统状态下不相容，其下界保证是非平凡的。
