FeSe0.42Te0.58正常态中的强电子关联

摘要
我们通过角分辨光电子能谱研究了“11”型铁基超导体FeSe0.42Te0.58的正常态。我们的数据揭示了高度重整化的准粒子色散，这是强关联金属的特征。我们发现依赖于费米面的有效载流子质量在约3-16 m_e之间，对应于相对于能带结构值的质量增强m*/m_band约6-20。这比先前报道的“1111”和“122”族铁砷超导体的重整化高出近一个数量级，但与体比热完全一致。
