La(1.775)Sr(0.225)NiO(4) 中的条纹电导率

摘要
我们报告了对表现出非公度电荷条纹序的 La(1.775)Sr(0.225)NiO(4) 单晶的拉曼光散射和光学电导率测量。由条纹序诱导的额外声子峰可以用电荷序波矢 Q_c 处声子的能量来理解。Ni-O 键伸缩模式的强法诺反共振为电荷条纹内有限动态电导率提供了清晰证据。
