SIMP 项目进展:迈向单微波光子探测

仪器与探测器 2021-07-02 v1 天体物理仪器与方法

摘要

意大利国家核物理研究所(INFN)资助了 SIMP 项目(2019–2021),以加强其在 meV 探测器领域的技术与能力,最终目标是研制单微波光子探测器。该目标将通过改善两类光探测器的灵敏度与暗计数率来实现:用于 10–50 GHz 频段的电流偏置约瑟夫森结(JJ),以及用于 30–100 GHz 频段的跃迁边沿传感器(TES)。本文给出材料与器件表征的初步结果。
