摘要
本文提出应用现代非线性非平衡统计力学方法开发软件算法，以在短响应时间内以最少的计算机资源最优地响应目标。这种面向目标响应的统计力学算法（SMART）可着眼于未来将其实现为硬件化的统计算法多处理器（SAM），以提高目标响应的效率和速度（SMART_SAM）。
