摘要
尽管应用于法律领域的人工智能是上世纪起源的课题，但人工智能近期的进展有望对其产生革命性影响。本工作给出概览，并将自然语言处理领域的主要进展及其如何被用于推进法律文本分析的最新技术水平加以语境化。
