铁电易面纳米圆柱中涡旋相的稳定性

摘要

已知有限尺寸铁电体中由极化梯度引起的束缚电荷会产生不利的退极化电场,从而抑制均匀铁电态。为了降低退极化能,铁电纳米颗粒、纳米盘和纳米棒内部会形成非均匀的涡旋(环向)态。基于 Ginzburg-Landau 方程与静电方程的自洽解,我们研究了纳米级易面铁电圆柱中出现的多涡旋环向态。计算了这些态的几何纹理、临界温度及稳定区域。
