铁电冰的稳定性

摘要
我们从理论上研究了Cmc21结构铁电冰的稳定性条件。几十年来，该结构一直被认为是纯冰Ih低温质子有序相最有希望的候选者之一。结果表明，Cmc21结构仅在含有一定量掺杂剂时稳定，而纯冰Ih真正的质子有序相仍有待于在更低温度下发现。文中还提及了对自旋冰的启示。
