ST-RAP：一种用于房地产评估的时空框架

摘要
本文提出 ST-RAP，一种新颖的用于房地产评估的时空（Spatio-Temporal）框架。ST-RAP 采用层次化架构与异构图神经网络，同时刻画时间动态与空间关系。在大规模房地产数据集上的综合实验表明，ST-RAP 优于以往方法，证明了在房地产评估中融合空间与时间维度的显著益处。我们的代码与数据集可在 https://github.com/dojeon-ai/STRAP 获取。
