摘要
我们在此报告对电子掺杂NdCeCuO单晶体内涡旋晶格的首次直接观测。利用小角中子散射，我们观察到了一个四方涡旋晶格，其最近邻方向与Cu-O键方向成45角，这与基于d波超导能隙的理论一致。然而，这种四方对称性一直持续到异常低的磁场。此外，我们发现来自涡旋晶格的衍射强度随着磁场的增加而迅速降低。
