摘要
基于菲克扩散定律作为分子运动的唯象描述，并结合耦合模理论，建立了一个模型来描述偶氮聚合物薄膜中单光束表面浮雕光栅的形成。该模型能够解释自发图案化和自组织的机制，并且能够计算表面浮雕轮廓及其随时间演化的过程，与实验结果吻合良好。
