斯皮策/IRS 对本地亮红外星系的成图观测

摘要
我们展示了斯皮策/IRS 对本地亮红外星系 (LIRGs) 成图观测项目的结果。这些图像覆盖了星系中心 20 角秒 × 20 角秒或 30 角秒 × 30 角秒的区域，并使用了所有四个 IRS 模块以覆盖完整的 5-38 微米光谱范围。我们构建了主要中红外发射线、连续谱和多环芳烃特征的光谱图，并为每个星系中感兴趣的区域提取了一维光谱。最终目标是全面表征本地亮红外星系的中红外特性，作为理解其更遥远对应天体的第一步。
