本地红外亮星系的爱克斯射线研究

摘要
我们正在利用 XMM-Newton 和 Spitzer(成像与光谱学)对一个本地(d < 70 Mpc)亮红外星系(LIRG)样本的爱克斯射线和红外(IR)性质进行详细研究。主要目标是研究在这类宇宙学上重要的星系中发生的极端恒星形成过程和/或活动星系核(AGN)。在本会议论文中,我们展示了从 XMM-Newton 爱克斯射线图像分析和爱克斯射线光谱建模中获得的初步结果。
