Kagomé反铁磁体的自旋热霍尔电导率

摘要

S=1/2S=1/2 kagomé反铁磁体Ca kapellasite (CaCu3_3(OH)6_6Cl20.6_2\cdot 0.6H2_2O)的自旋液体相中观察到了清晰的热霍尔信号(κxy\kappa_{xy})。我们发现,利用具有D/J0.1D/J \sim 0.1的Dzyaloshinskii--Moriya相互作用的Schwinger玻色子平均场理论,可以在定性和定量上很好地重现κxy\kappa_{xy}。特别是,Ca kapellasite的κxy\kappa_{xy}值与另一种kagomé反铁磁体volborthite的κxy\kappa_{xy}值在采用Schwinger玻色子建模的模拟中收敛于同一条曲线,表明kagomé反铁磁体自旋的κxy\kappa_{xy}具有共同的温度依赖性。
