La3/2Sr1/2NiO4 非公度条纹有序相中的自旋重取向相变

摘要
通过磁化测量以及非极化和极化中子衍射，我们研究了 La3/2Sr1/2NiO4 的自旋有序。在 T_so ~ 80 K 以下观察到了非公度度 epsilon ~ 0.445 的自旋有序。在冷却过程中，于 57 +/- 1 K 处观察到自旋重取向，自旋轴从 52 +/- 4 度旋转至 78 +/- 3 度。这是首次在具有非公度条纹有序的 La2-xSrxNiO4+delta 化合物中观察到自旋重取向现象。
