超导FeSe0.4Te0.6中嵌套波矢处的自旋能隙与共振

摘要

利用中子散射技术探测了FeSe_{0.4}Te_{0.6} (T_c=14 K)中的磁激发。发现低能自旋涨落具有特征波矢(0.5,0.5,L)(0.5,0.5,L),该波矢对应于费米面嵌套,且不同于Fe_{1+y}Te中磁有序的Q_m=(\delta,0,0.5)。在超导态中,从正常态连续谱发展出一个自旋共振,其\hbar\Omega_0=6.5 meV ≈ 5.3 k_BT_c,\hbar\Gamma=1.25 meV。我们证明该共振与s+/-超导性和不完全准二维费米面嵌套相关的束缚态一致。
