超导FeS的自旋激发与费米面

高温超导出现在反铁磁不稳定性和向列态附近。关于FeSe中向列序的起源及其与超导的关系仍存在争论。在此,我们利用输运、中子散射和费米面测量证明,水热生长的超导FeS(FeSe的同结构物)是一种无向列序的四方顺磁体,其准粒子质量较FeSe显著降低。仅观察到高达100 meV的条纹型自旋激发。未发现FeS中自旋激发与超导之间的直接耦合,这表明FeS的关联性较弱,而FeSe中的向列序源于棋盘状与条纹状自旋涨落的竞争。
