摘要
预转动的铁磁体可通过欧姆接触将自旋电流注入相邻导体,无论其与掺杂半导体等电导匹配情况如何。这为通过铁磁共振创建纯粹自旋源(即自旋电池)提供了可能性。我们对不同的材料组合估算了自旋电流和自旋电压。

The estimate for the magnitude of the spin bias is improved. We find that it is feasible to get a measurable signal of the order of the microwave frequency already for moderate rf intensities
