单位 regime 下有限温度的自旋 1/2 费米子

摘要
我们对自旋 1/2 费米子在三维空间中处于单位 regime 的热力学性质进行了完全非微扰计算。我们确定了超导-正常相相变的临界温度。该系统的热力学行为呈现出若干意想不到的特征，我们得出结论，自旋 1/2 费米子在 BCS-BEC 交叉过程中应被归类为一种新的超流类型。
