耦合电子双层中的软模光谱学与量子相变

摘要
在可及且可控的实验条件下，耦合半导体双层中的强关联二维电子展现出显著的对称性破缺多体态。在连续量子相变的情况下，软集体模驱动了连接电子双层不同基态的转变。在本文中，我们考虑了表明共振非弹性光散射方法能够探测双层软集体模并追踪其随温度和磁场演化的结果。光散射实验为低维电子液体中的基本相互作用和连续量子相变研究提供了途径。
