摘要
伽马射线追踪加速粒子,因此观测到的外银系伽马射线通量约束了粒子加速的全球效率。如果活跃星系核中的伽马射线背景可由其粒子加速效率显著超过约18%来解释,则表明粒子加速是这些天体热力学过程的必需组成部分。
