散斑干涉观测彗星Shoemaker-Levy 9与木星的碰撞

散斑干涉技术被用于获取1994年7月17日至24日期间彗星Shoemaker-Levy 9与木星碰撞的一系列短曝光图像，使用的是位于印度海得拉巴Japal-Rangapur天文台的1.2米望远镜的Nasmyth焦点。采用盲迭代去卷积（Blind Iterative Deconvolution, BID）技术从这些图像中去除大气引起的点扩散函数（PSF），以获取木星撞击点的衍射极限信息。
