Sr2IrO4 中反亚磁性域壁的时空迁移

摘要

通过激光泵浆-探测时间分辨相干磁性 X 射线衍射,我们在 100 K 测量了 Sr2IrO4 中反亚磁性域壁的迁移速度。在激光诱导去磁化过程中,我们观察到域壁以 3×1063 \times 10^6 m/s 速度迁移,显著快于声速。这被理解为源于纯电子自旋对磁结构的贡献,无需晶格耦合。
