摘要
我们证明偏振敏感光学相干断层扫描 (PS-OCT) 适用于以非接触和无损的方式绘制材料内部的应力分布。与透射光弹性测量相比，样品不必是透明的，而可以是散射性质的。我们演示了对单张 PS-OCT 相位延迟图像中的条纹图案进行去噪和分析，为所研究样品内部应力状态的定量全场评估提供了基础。
