摘要
传统方法用于在机械加载下分析软骨微结构存在破坏性。本文评估了使用深度解析极化敏感光学相干断层扫描（PS-OCT）来研究软骨形态对压缩的响应的有效性。我们展示，深度解析PS-OCT能够在受力状态下揭示软骨的微观结构，并且以非破坏性方式实现，从而为通过检测软骨健康状态中偏离正常承载行为的异常开辟了重要的临床评估可能性。
