摘要
金融欺诈检测是一个重要问题，涉及许多需要考虑的设计方面。算法选择和性能分析等问题会影响所提出方案的感知能力，因此审计人员和研究人员要充分检测金融欺诈，就必须彻底探索这些问题。本文重新审视用于金融欺诈检测的关键性能指标，重点关注信用卡欺诈，批判主流观点并提供我们自己的理解。先前金融欺诈检测研究中采用了许多不同的性能指标。我们将分析几种流行指标，并比较它们在衡量检测机制能力方面的有效性。我们进一步研究了在应用于该问题域时一系列计算智能技术的性能，并探索了若干二分类方法的有效性。
