摘要
利用同步辐射的X射线反射数据，揭示了在正己烷-水界面的蜂花酸Gibbs单分子层中，从每个分子面积 A = (17 +/- 1) Angstrom^2 的晶态到 A = (23 +/- 1) Angstrom^2 的液态的尖锐相变。
