类太阳振荡恒星作为银河系研究的标准钟和标准尺

摘要
CoRoT 和 Kepler 空间任务已在数百颗类太阳恒星和数千颗场红巨星中探测到振荡。这为银河系恒星种群研究开启了新纪元。我们报告了利用空间光度数据进行整体星震学的现状与未来展望，并强调了将这些恒星用作银河系研究精确时钟和标尺所面临的一些挑战。
