摘要
移动晶体表面在电流作用下可能发生台阶束合不稳定性。我们解析地证明，微量的掺杂剂可以反转稳定性，无论电流符号如何。我们的研究与S. S. Kosolobov等人[JETP Lett. 81, 117 (2005)]关于蒸发Si(111)表面的实验结果相关，该实验显示了对Au掺杂的奇异响应，其密度分布与非均匀Si扩散有关。
