超导NdFeAsO₁₋ₓFₓ中单涡旋钉扎与穿透深度

摘要

我们利用磁力显微镜(MFM)研究了超导NdFeAsO1x_{1-x}Fx_x中单涡旋钉扎和穿透深度,这是最高Tc_c的铁基超导体之一。在高达20高斯的磁场中,我们观察到无序的涡旋排列,表明钉扎力强于涡旋-涡旋相互作用。我们测量了单个涡旋去钉扎所需的典型力Fdepin_{\mathrm{depin}} ≈ 4.5 pN,对应临界电流高达Jc_c ≈ 7×105^5 A/cm2^2。此外,我们的MFM测量首次实现了NdFeAsO1x_{1-x}Fx_x中超导面内穿透深度的局域和绝对测定,λab_{ab} = 320 ± 60 nm,大于先前的体测量结果。
