超导NdFeAsO₁₋ₓFₓ中单涡旋钉扎与穿透深度

我们利用磁力显微镜(MFM)研究了超导NdFeAsOF中单涡旋钉扎和穿透深度,这是最高T的铁基超导体之一。在高达20高斯的磁场中,我们观察到无序的涡旋排列,表明钉扎力强于涡旋-涡旋相互作用。我们测量了单个涡旋去钉扎所需的典型力F ≈ 4.5 pN,对应临界电流高达J ≈ 7×10 A/cm。此外,我们的MFM测量首次实现了NdFeAsOF中超导面内穿透深度的局域和绝对测定,λ = 320 ± 60 nm,大于先前的体测量结果。
