金刚石掺杂中心近红外区单光子发射

摘要
我们观察到在持续波激发下,基于镍-氮掺杂的金刚石中色心在自然金刚石中表现出光学活性。光谱分析显示,这些单光子发射器在近红外区(约 780 nm)具有窄带发射,且在室温下几乎全部集中在零弛豫线中。色心的激发态寿命仅为 2 ns,光致发光呈线性偏振。这些显著特性为实现基于该色心发射的触发式单光子源奠定了基础,适用于日光条件下的开放空气量子密钥分配。
